Currently setting up Community Textile Project in Manor Park, East London, with Textile Artist Sarbjit Natt, to make a series of hangings for public buildings with community and church groups and Kensington Primary School pupils and families. The aim is that the hangings represent the multi-cultural character of the area and form a means for people of different cultural and religious groups to meet and come to understand more of other cultures in the area. |
